We feature the best of YouTube and chosen submissions you would like to submit to us. Mental illness, forms of autism and other neurological conditions are included. We do not include professional videos, only those of people sharing their personal experiences with psychiatric and neurological disorders.
It is important to create a support network to support your health. Choices for support members include a psychiatrist or neurologist, a therapist, a care coordinator or case manager, a job coach, a community support worker, a supervisor, friends and possibly ministers.
The more people you have in your support network, the greater your chances of success with recovery. These videos are created to supplement this network by adding personal stories and helpful information to add to your recovery planning.
